Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Because many of our products are intimate in nature, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery only under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition it was received
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened, used, or removed from its protective packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@inkwellintimates.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@inkwellintimates.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

Opened or used intimacy products

Lubricants, oils, or consumables

Sale items

Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before opening the product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process refunds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@inkwellintimates.com.


Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the brands we carry offer manufacturer-backed warranties on their products.

Warranty coverage, duration, and terms vary by brand. In most cases, warranty claims must be submitted directly through the manufacturer using the warranty information included with your purchase.

Inkwell Intimates does not process manufacturer warranty claims but is happy to help direct you to the appropriate contact information if needed.

If your item arrives defective upon delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receipt so we can assist.
